Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Quince Life purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know:

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Returned products are subject to a quality check.Sale items, totes and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

 

Refunds

We DO NOT offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used for your next purchase.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Sale items, totes and accessories cannot be exchanged.

 Products must be unused, unwashed and have all original tags intact.

If the replacement item costs more, the difference can be paid. If it costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Simply head to the Returns & Exchanges section on our website, enter your details and submit your return request directly from there.

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we’ll be happy to assist. You can write to us at support@thequincelife.com
