    Shipping policies

    • Once the order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.
    • We provide free shipping PAN India
    • Shipping/mobile details can be edited ONLY within 24 hours of placing your order. You can email us your order number and new details at support@thequincelife.com
    • Particulars like colour and size can be edited ONLY within 24 hours of placing your order. You can email us your order number and changes in the order at support@thequincelife.com.
    • Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. In case the delivery is unsuccessful because of incorrect or incomplete shipping details (mobile number, address or pin code), an additional re-shipping fee of INR 150 will be applicable. This fee is a mandate, regardless of the order value, code, discount, offer, etc. 
    • In case your order shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received it: Please inform us within 24 hours. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

    Delivery timeline: 

    • Ready-to-dispatch styles can be dispatched same or next day after placing an order. 
    • Few designs follow the 7-14 delivery timeline. 
    • The delivery timeline for customised pieces is 7-20 days.
