    Return/Exchange Policy: 

    At this time, we do NOT offer a refund to the source account keeping in mind the time and labor that goes into each product. We only offer exchanges against a different size or store credit for the amount you have spent. 

    If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size, we will exchange the size for you within 7 days of delivery of the garments. You can send your order back to us and we will ship the exchange piece at no additional cost. 

    In case you don't like the product, we can issue a credit note which would be applicable to be used site-wide over a period of 1 year.

    PS: To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to view our size guide (which indicates garment measurements) carefully before placing your order. And ensure you go for a size that is at least 3-4 inches larger than your body measurement for a comfortable fit. You can also discuss the same through our CRM team by sending us a Whatsapp on 9794278737.

    Steps for size exchange/ store credit

    • Please email your exchange request at support@thequincelife.com
    • Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - Name mentioned on the order - Order number' OR  'EXCHANGE AGAINST CREDIT  Name mentioned on the order - Order number'
    • In the email, please mention the item you have received + the size you’d like to exchange it with
    • Upon receiving these details, our team will share the return address with you; You can send your exchange piece back to us with the same details inside the packet. (The shipping cost of sending it back is borne by the customer.)
    • Once received and verified that the return sent has NOT been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged and retains its original tags- We will process your exchange and ship out the requested exchange size at no additional courier charges.
    • The credit note can be redeemed at checkout when shopping on our website www.thequincelife.com

    Note: The credit note will be valid for 1year and cannot be broken into parts or clubbed with any other discounts or offers. Items purchased via credit note, will not be applicable for another exchange.

    Damages and defects:

    Please inspect your order upon reception and email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue with urgency and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected. 

    Once upon receiving we can exchange it with a new piece or issue a credit note for the same.

    Note: All Quince Life designs are manually stitched by hand with natural handwoven fabrics, most of our designs are also hand-dyed. Slight variations in colour are characteristic of the handcrafted process, not a defect.

    Customisations:

    In case you can not find your size in our size guide or would like to make changes in length, we’d be happy to customise your order, at no additional cost.

    Instructions for Customisation: 

    • We ONLY offer customisations on the length and size of the garment, not pattern or design. 
    • To request customisation: Please drop us a DM or email or WhatsApp at 9794278737 to inquire if the design is available for customisation.
    • ONLY once availability is confirmed- You can place your order on the website for any size and share your chest and hip measurements or length changes with us via DM or email.
    • Please note that we do NOT accept exchanges/returns on customised pieces as we are unable to repurpose them.
    • The delivery timeline for customised pieces is 7-20 days.
